EPISODE 14 — It’s colorless, odorless, and yet there are so many different people making here in the Northwest, there are bound to be some delicious differences! On this episode of Northwest Liquor Night, we have a couple of Northwest-made Vodkas to taste! And tonight it’s the rivalry between the two biggest cities in the Northwest, Seattle and Portland. The panelists had a great time taking shots of these vodkas, then as part of a cocktail.
HERE’S WHAT WE TASTED:
Medoyeff Vodka – Bolshoi Spirits, Portland OR
Batch 206 Vodka – Batch 206 Distillery, Seattle WA
PANELISTS: Host Brian Calvert is joined by Jeremy Grater of Northwest Beer Night and “The Sibling Rivalry Podcast,” Hanna Brooks-Olsen of Star 101.5 in Seattle, Denise Whitaker of KOMO 4 News, and John Slagle, who’s the spirits manager at Wine World & Spirits.
FILMING LOCATION: We brought the show to the place where you can find almost every distilled spirits made in the Northwest. And if Wine World and Spirits doesn’t have what you’re looking for, David and his crew will find it for you. Wine World and Spirits is located in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood just off I-5.
